A Galatea tem o prazer de anunciar a exposição de Isay Weinfeld intitulada Ininteligibilidade. A mostra é composta por objetos coletados em diferentes momentos e contextos, ora rearranjados com humor e argúcia. A faceta artística do arquiteto explora a carga simbólica desses achados ao justapô-los com sutil ironia. Colocando em jogo o estatuto da obra de arte e a figura do artista, Weinfeld não busca criar discursos, mas desmontá-los com o chiste.

Ininteligibilidade ficará aberta para visitação entre os dias 12 de fevereiro e 8 de março na unidade da Galatea na rua Padre João Manuel, 808. 

Galatea is pleased to announce Isay Weinfeld’s exhibition titled Incomprehensibility. The show comprises objects collected at different times and contexts, rearranged with humor and cleverness. The architect’s artistic facet explores the symbolic weight of these findings by juxtaposing them with subtle irony. Questioning the status of the artwork and the figure of the artist, Weinfeld does not aim to create discourses but to deconstruct them with wit.

Incomprehensibility will be open for visitation from February 12 to March 8 at Galatea’s unit on Rua Padre João Manuel, 808.
